We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a room that was great value for money, equipped with air conditioning, a work desk, and a TV.

Room very small, our room had a view of a wall two feet away.

The modern single room had air conditioning, a shower, and a delightful breakfast; we had a great time and would return without hesitation.

Close to train station and shops. Staff very friendly & helpful. Bed very comfortable. Shower/room great. We did not have our breakfast but it looked like it gave plenty of choice. We preferred having our coffee while shopping. Our daughter is a student in Angers and would recommend this hotel to other parents wanting to visit.

Nothing really except that in France the rooms are always that bit small.

Stayed at Hotel De Champagne for a weekend getaway. Convenient location near the rail station, museums, and restaurants. The hotel's architecture was great and the staff were fantastic. The rooms were clean and fantastic for the price. Will definitely stay again later this year.

Good location opposite the train station and short walk to the city center (I guess about 10min). Nice rooms, the bath rooms seem to be renovated recently. Room was quite small, so if you have to work it may be a little uncomfortable. Staff at the reception was nice and helpful.

This hotel is perfect for an overnight stay, as it is conveniently located just a few steps from the bus/train station. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The rooms are clean and the basic amenities are provided. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of all the main sights in town.
